We’ve introduced a simple point-based system to make design services more transparent and customizable. Each service has a point value, and each subscription package includes a monthly point allowance. This way, you can prioritize what matters most-whether it’s branding, social media, or marketing collateral.
How It Works
- Every design task is assigned a point value based on its complexity and time.
- Each plan includes a set number of monthly points.
- Unused points roll over for 1 month, giving you flexibility.
- You can purchase extra points if needed.

Point Rollover - One Month Grace Period
- Any unused points from your monthly plan won’t go to waste immediately-they’ll roll over and remain available for you to use during the following month.
- If you don’t use all your points this month, the remaining balance carries over to next month.
- This gives you more flexibility if your design needs vary month to month.
- It helps you get the full value of your subscription—even in quieter periods.
Example:
If you’re on the Growth Plan (24 points/month) and only use 18 points in June, the remaining 6 points will be available to use in July—giving you 30 points total that month.
Note: Rollover points expire after 1 month if not used.
Why is the Points-Based Pricing System better than a traditional quote?

How many revisions do I get for each design?
- We want you to love the final result, so revisions are part of the process-but with structure to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Revision Limits by Plan up to 3 revisions per design
- Major changes after the revision limit or a complete redesign may count as a new request or cost additional points.
Pro Tip: To get the best results faster, try to group all your feedback into one clear round.
What’s the turnaround time for each design request?
- Turnaround depends on your plan and the complexity of the request.
We work efficiently to deliver high-quality results without compromising on detail. - Estimated Turnaround Per Design 3-4 business days
- Urgent requests may be possible with prior notice or by using extra points.
- Turnaround time resets when a design is sent back for revision.
Note: Multi-page or complex projects (like brochures or presentations) may take slightly longer.
What final files will I receive for each design?
You’ll receive high-quality, ready-to-use files tailored to your needs-whether for print or digital use.
Included File Types:
- Print-Ready Files: PDF (CMYK, high-resolution, with bleed & crop marks if needed)
- Digital Files: PNG, JPG, and web-optimized formats
- Source Files (if requested): AI, PSD, or other editable formats (based on the type of design)
- We ensure your files are optimized for their final use-whether it’s a business card, social media post, packaging, or a presentation.
Need a specific format?
- Just mention it in your request-we’ll deliver exactly what you need.
How does task management work through your Client Dashboard account?
- All design requests, feedback, and deliverables are efficiently managed within a dedicated Client Dashboard, custom-built for you on www.bisherbarazi.com.
Through your Client Dashboard, you can:
- Submit new design requests via user-friendly forms
- Monitor the progress of each task (To Do, In Progress, Delivered)
- Review files, provide feedback, and request revisions
- Track your remaining points and plan usage
- Access delivery schedules and project history
- Eliminate the confusion of lengthy email threads—everything is organized, centralized, and readily accessible in one place.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Currently, payments are accepted via direct bank transfer.
Once you choose a plan or service, you’ll receive an invoice with:
- Bank account details
- Total amount in USD
- Payment instructions and due date
Once payment is confirmed, your dashboard will be activated, and you can start submitting your design requests.

What happens after I use all my points or finish my design pack?
After-Pack Support Includes:
- Ongoing access to all delivered design files through your Dashboard up to 6 month
- Minor file edits (such as resizing or format changes) for up to 7 days after the final delivery
- Unused points roll over for up to 1 month, giving you added flexibility
- We’re also here to support you with any follow-up questions or file-related needs within the support window.
